This is the nourishing anti-aging porridge recommended by an old Chinese doctor. All the dosage in this recipe is for a family of three. (It is used by one person for 5 days) Congee that can be drunk all year round
Efficacy
Astragalus membranaceus can enhance the immune function of the body, protect the liver, diuretic, anti-aging, anti stress, lower blood pressure and have a wider range of antibacterial effects. Coix barley medicine has the effects of strengthening spleen, diuresis, clearing heat and relieving cough. Lotus seed has the functions of nourishing spleen, lung, heart, kidney and intestine.

Cooking Steps
1、Prepare astragalus, wolfberry, lotus seed, lentil, barley, mung bean and red date
2、Before cooking porridge, first boil 250g of astragalus membranaceus with a small fire and appropriate amount of water for 15 minutes, then pour out the water, and then add an appropriate amount of water to boil for another 15 minutes, then pour out the water. Then use the water of astragalus to cook porridge.
3、In addition to wolfberry, pour the washed mung beans, lotus seeds, Job's tears, lentils, red dates and boiled astragalus water into the pot, boil them on high heat and then on low heat for 50 minutes. (It is also OK to directly press the button of the pot to cook porridge)
4、Add medlar and cook for about 10 minutes before the porridge is ready.
