1. Scalp and hair cleansing

2. Facial cleansing
The water temperature should be changed according to the season, not too cold and not too hot, too cold water will make the pores shrink, which is not conducive to the thorough removal of dirt, too hot water will excessively remove oil, resulting in damage to the sebum film. If there is nothing wrong with your skin, it is recommended to wash your face with water. If you work in a poor environment, or in hot weather, or if you use sunscreen or powdered and oily cosmetics, use a proper cleanser. When washing your face, first squeeze out 1 to 2 grams of cleanser, then use your fingers to apply it to your entire face in a circular motion, rub it gently for a few seconds, then wash it off with water and use a clean towel to absorb the moisture, then apply toner or moisturiser.
3. Full body cleansing
When cleaning the whole body, that is, when bathing, pay attention to the frequency, it is recommended to wash every 2-3 days, in the hot summer or people who often exercise, then you can take a bath every day. Bathing water temperature to body temperature as a standard, slightly lower than body temperature in summer, slightly higher than body temperature in winter, each bath time can not exceed 10 minutes, it is recommended to use the flow of water bath, in addition to avoid in fasting, full or after the bath, otherwise it may be due to insufficient blood supply to the brain, and the situation of hypoglycemia, resulting in falls and other accidents.
Tips
If your skin is dry after bathing, use a lotion containing vitamin E to hydrate your skin, or if your skin is dry after washing your face, also use a lotion containing vitamin E.
