Pineapple is natured, sweet, slightly acidic, with a bit of acerbity and coldness. Ingredients

20 g Red dates
50 g Tremella
30 g Rock sugar
10 g Wolfberry
150 g Pineapple

 

Cooking Steps

1、Prepare the materials and make the tremella blister in advance.

 

2、Remove the white fungus’s root, wash it, and tear it into small pieces

 

3、Cut the red dates, remove their kernels and cut them into small pieces.

 

4、Cut the pineapple into thin slices with a knife, soak it in salt water for 15 minutes, and drain it.

 

5、Fill the pot with water. After the fungus is boiled, turn to medium heat and cover for 15 minutes. Add red dates and cook for another 10 minutes.

 

6、Pour the pineapple cubes into the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.

 

7、The last 5 minutes or so, add rock sugar and wolfberry and boil.
