What is anxiety
Anxiety is a natural reaction. Anxiety can be seen everywhere in life, and everyone will be anxious. It is an emotion rather than a character defect, and may also be the result of genetic evolution. Anxiety allows us to make more preparations or obtain more information in the face of potential threats. Anxiety is a worry that points to the future and consists of three parts. Those who dwell too much on the past are prone to depression, while those who worry too much about the future are prone to anxiety. Anxiety consists of physiology, cognition and behavior.
Physiological part, that is, the body feeling during anxiety. Such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, sweating, dry heat, gastrointestinal discomfort, frequent urination, etc.
The cognitive part, that is, the thoughts in the mind when you are anxious. For example, things will get out of control soon, and disastrous results will certainly occur.
The behavioral part refers to the coping methods adopted during or after anxiety. Such as restlessness, procrastination, avoidance, etc.

What kind of people are most likely to suffer from anxiety disorder
1. Comparisonist: People have a sense of comparison, which is inevitable sometimes. But if the sense of comparison is too serious, they are always jealous of people around them, which will easily lead to a sharp corner. As long as others are better than themselves, they will be unconvinced and disappointed. This type of person is very easy to get trapped in anxiety.

2. People with too low self-esteem: If a person is very low self-esteem and lacks confidence in himself, then such people are also very prone to suffer from anxiety, because people with low self-esteem always feel that they are inferior to others and are afraid of being criticized for everything they do. In this way, they will become more and more anxious in the long run.

3. People with few friends: they all say that it is very important for people to talk and communicate with each other. More communication with people around them and often with friends will enable people to release some bad emotions from their communication with others. However, if they have too few friends, such people are always preoccupied with their daily affairs, and their bad emotions cannot be released. In the long run, they are also very prone to anxiety.

4. People with disharmonious families: single parent families, or people with domestic violence and other disharmonious things at home, often feel depressed and struggling at home because of the impact of the environment. They are also prone to anxiety in the long run.

5. Paranoid person: stubborn and paranoid person, who sticks to his own attitude towards things and practices, and is unwilling to accept others' opinions and guidance. If people around him are against him, they will be angry and upset. Such people are also very prone to suffer from anxiety symptoms.

How to face anxiety
Sometimes anxiety may come from the problem itself. Find out the cause of anxiety and solve it, and anxiety can disappear. You can also do some relaxation training, such as deep breathing and distraction. If something makes you feel anxious or afraid, you can try to do something else, such as sports, reading, watching movies, etc., to actively suggest yourself, talk to people you trust, and listen to other people's objective opinions and suggestions.
