Ingredients

100 g Beef
300 g Leftover rice
50 g Carrot
appropriate amountg   Ground black pepper
10 ml Cooking wine
3 g Salt

 

Cooking Steps

1. Prepare beef, carrots, rice, scallions and black pepper.

 

2. Add about 1 g of salt to the ground beef.

 

3. Add proper amount of black pepper.

 

4. Add about 10 ml cooking wine. Stir and marinate for 10 minutes.

 

5. Cut carrots into small cubes.

 

6. Cut the scallions into small pieces and divide them into two portions.

 

7. Heat up the wok and add the ground beef. Pack it and set aside until it changes color.

 

8. Put about 800 ml water in the soup pot and bring to a boil. Then add rice and simmer for about 10 minutes.

 

9. Put in the ground beef after 10 minutes.

 

10. Add small cubes carrots.
