Ingredients

250 g Bean sprout
appropriate amount   Mung bean vermicelli
appropriate amount   soy sauce
appropriate amount   Oyster sauce
appropriate amount   Garlic
appropriate amount   chopped green onion
appropriate amount   salt

 

Cooking Steps

1、Add a little oil to the frying pan, and stir fry the onions and garlic until fragrant

2、Pour in the washed soybean sprouts and stir fry them

3、Add three spoons of soy sauce and one spoonful of oil consumption, stir well

4、Add the vermicelli soaked in warm water
