Cooking Steps

1、Soak red dates in clean water for 30 minutes, wash them, remove them and drain them. I cut one side of the jujube stone with a knife and dug it out. You can also use more convenient methods.

2、Mix glutinous rice flour with water and sugar. Take about 4g, knead it into a jujube stone shape, put it into the cut red jujube, and gently knead it. Fill each jujube in turn.
