01 No smoking and drinking habits, regular life
Some people smoke and drink because of hobbies, while others do so because of stress. Although we all know that smoking and drinking is a very unhealthy lifestyle, it is difficult to suppress it, and the root of the problem is that the desire is difficult to suppress. The nicotine in cigarettes and the ethanol in alcohol, both addictive ingredients, enter the body and flow through the heart and brain in the bloodstream, stimulating them to a certain extent and giving the smoker and drinker a short-lived high. Over time, the person becomes psychologically and physically dependent on them. Most smokers and alcoholics are also very irregular in their routine and it is common for them to stay up late. It is not surprising that smokers and alcoholics suffer from a certain degree of damage to their spleen and liver, as well as frequent late nights that stimulate the brain, cause serious endocrine disorders and weaken the digestive function of the stomach and intestines.

02 A good state of mind
The most obvious common feature of long-lived elderly people is their state of mind. Many of them have a smile on their faces and a rosy complexion, so a good and optimistic state of mind is closely related to a person's healthy life expectancy. To take the most superficial example, people who are generally grumpy, quick to anger and petty and vindictive are definitely not at a normal blood pressure level. Because of mood swings, a person's blood pressure can change, and because of the fragility of the blood vessels in the elderly, the risk of cardiovascular disease is greatly increased. Mood swings can also lead to endocrine imbalance, where the body does not produce hormones properly, or produces too much or too little, resulting in hormone imbalance. 03 Love exercise, good health
A healthy body reveals a positive and positive energy from the inside out. And exercise is one of the most direct ways to enhance physical fitness. Vitamin B12, for example, is a vitamin that needs to be obtained from meat, as a prolonged lack of vitamin B12 can lead to anaemia, while dietary fibre needs to be obtained from vegetables, as it helps to promote intestinal peristalsis and helps the body to digest and absorb nutrients from food more quickly.



Some people like heavily salted and oily food, thinking that it tastes good. However, while heavy salt and oil can help to whet the appetite, it can also lead to overweight and a higher risk of high blood pressure and diabetes. People in good health generally eat a light diet without deliberately adding salt and oil. A light diet is less irritating to the stomach and intestines, and the gastric and intestinal mucosa is not overly damaged. They are also less likely to develop cancer as their diet is not overloaded with carcinogens.

05 Genetics Emphasis on marriage tests
Genetics is also an important point. Many people have genetic mutations and a family history of genetic predisposition, and this is where the importance of premarital testing comes into play. Many people have a stigmatising attitude towards premarital testing and feel that it is a "relationship-breaker" for newlyweds. This is a prejudice, as premarital check-ups are not only for the man and woman, but also for the future baby. Pre-marital testing is a way of knowing if you have a family history of genetic predisposition, so it is important to think about it for the health of the next generation.


Although we cannot reduce the incidence of cancer through genetic mutations, we can do so through our daily diet. As long as we do the most basic things in life, such as working and resting regularly, eating healthily, exercising regularly and keeping our body and mind relaxed, our body will become healthy and diseases will stay away from us.
