Ingredients

appropriate amount  
Balsam pear
1   egg
40 g dried scallop
appropriate amount   salt
appropriate amount   ginger
1500 g clean water

 

Cooking Steps

4、Then pour the water to boil the scallops into the pot, boil it, add the balsam pear and boil it again

5、Pour in the protein, stir while pouring. Finally, add the cornflour water to thicken. The consistency should be as you like. I put about 10g of cornflour
