Cooking Steps
1、Chinese yam is peeled, washed, sliced, and eaten at home. In line with the choice of not wasting, round slices are OK. Rinse carrots and garlic, slice them, cut scallions
2、Heat the pan with cool oil. First add the onion and garlic to make it fragrant, and then add the carrots. The carrots need more oil to taste good, so put the carrots in advance.
3、Stir fry the carrots slightly, then add the yams.
4、Add stock after the edges of yams change color slightly, or add water without stock. Since yam itself is very sticky, it needs a little more water and needs no food materials. Then add some salt to taste, a little sugar.
Don't stir fry at this time, or the yam will be easily broken. Shake the pot slightly. When the Chinese yam is mature, it depends on the individual taste. If you like the crispy taste, the cooking time can be shorter.
5、Chinese yam absorbs water and the soup is slightly dried. Add monosodium glutamate and put it into the pot. Garnish with chives after serving.
